Yes. Sales, workshops, and booth activities must follow exhibitor terms, venue rules, and event visual direction.

How are booth fees shared?

Booth rates are provided by the Pronto & Co. representative who invited the brand.

How are payments handled?

Cash facilities can be provided if needed. For collaborative products, Pronto & Co. will prepare the payment gateway.

How should products be brought in?

Collaborative products can be collected by Pronto & Co.'s forwarder. Other products may be hand-carried by the brand.

Is local support available?

Support for signage or decoration is available by request, subject to lead times.

What venue facilities are available?

Air-conditioning, toilets, Wi-Fi, and basic on-site support.

What files should brands provide?

Logo, brand profile, contact person, product categories, staff names, and power needs.
